Gochujang Leaderboard Competition
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
These Official Rules govern the Gochujang Leaderboard Competition (the “Competition”). By participating, each participant agrees to these Rules and to decisions made consistently with them. The Competition is separate from the purchase of any Gochujang box, card, token or other product, which is governed by the applicable purchase terms.
- Sponsor, Prize Provider and Administrator
The sponsor and prize provider is Bridge34 Inc., 431 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06159, Republic of Korea (“Bridge34” or “Sponsor”). Sponsor offers, funds and pays the Prizes, confirms the winners based on the verified leaderboard, and handles prize claims through gochujangcontest@gmail.com.
The platform and data administrator is the Doma Foundation, a Cayman Islands Foundation (“Doma” or “Administrator”). Doma operates the leaderboard and supplies Sponsor with verified login, box-opening and qualifying-post data used to calculate Competition scores. Sponsor and Administrator will perform the functions assigned to each of them in these Rules.
- Eligibility
The Competition is open worldwide, where lawful, to natural persons who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where they live. A person who does not meet both requirements may participate only where lawful and with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these Rules on that person’s behalf. Sponsor or Administrator may require proof of age or written consent at any time. All participants must have a valid Doma account and compatible digital wallet and be legally permitted to participate and receive USDC.
The Competition is not open to persons or in locations subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions, or where participation or the Prize is prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Sponsor, Administrator and their affiliates, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.
Each person may participate through only one Doma account and one wallet. There is no limit on otherwise eligible activity, but only activity within the scoring caps in these Rules affects the Total Score.
- Competition Period
The Competition begins at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 2, 2026 and ends at 5:59 p.m. PT on September 23, 2026 (the “Competition Period”). Each “Competition Day” is a calendar day in PT. Administrator’s systems are the official timekeeping method.
- How to Enter
An eligible person enters by visiting app.doma.xyz, and connecting a valid wallet to the Doma Protocol, accepting these Rules, and completing at least one qualifying activity during the Competition Period.
No purchase is required. A participant may earn the same maximum Activity Score through eligible posts on X without purchasing or opening a box. All box openings and qualifying posts count toward the same 100-Unit Activity cap.
- Scoring
Points are allocated from a Total Point Pool that Sponsor sets for the Competition. Retention Points equal 90% of the Total Point Pool. Activity Points, combining Box activity and the Free alternative, equal 10% of the Total Point Pool. Within each category, each participant earns a share of that category’s pool in proportion to the participant’s eligible activity relative to the combined eligible activity of all participants in that category. There is no cap on the amount of eligible activity a participant may accrue; a participant’s score depends on relative activity, not a fixed formula. No activity earns points unless it is described in these Rules before the Competition begins.
| Category | Qualifying activity | Scoring | Share of Point Pool |
|---|---|---|---|
| Retention | One verified Doma login per Competition Day | Proportional to eligible login days, relative to all participants | 90% |
| Box activity | Normal or Spicy Box opened during the Competition Period | Normal: 10 Activity Units; Spicy: 20 Activity Units | 10%* |
| Free alternative | Qualifying public post on X | 5,000-9,999 verified views: 10 Units; 10,000+ verified views: 20 Units | 10%* |
*Box activity and the Free alternative share one combined Activity Point Pool equal to 10% of the Total Point Pool. Each participant’s Activity Score equals the Activity Point Pool multiplied by that participant’s combined Activity Units (from box openings and qualifying posts), divided by the combined Activity Units earned by all eligible participants. There is no cap on the number of Activity Units a participant may earn. Points and Units have no cash value and may not be transferred or sold.
- Retention Points
A participant may complete one eligible Doma Network login during each of the 22 Competition Days. The Retention Point Pool equals 90% of the Total Point Pool. A participant’s Retention Score is calculated as follows: the Retention Point Pool multiplied by the participant’s number of eligible login days, divided by the combined number of eligible login days earned by all eligible participants during the Competition Period. A participant’s Retention Score therefore depends on their login days relative to other participants, and there is no fixed maximum Retention Score for an individual participant.
A login is eligible when Administrator records a successful login to Doma through the participant’s registered Doma account and wallet. Repeated logins during the same Competition Day do not earn additional Retention Points. Automated logins, scripts, shared accounts and duplicate accounts are prohibited.
- Box Activity Units
A participant earns 10 Activity Units for each eligible Normal Box opened and 20 Activity Units for each eligible Spicy Box opened during the Competition Period. Administrator will verify box openings through Doma’s records.
There is no cap on the number of Normal Boxes or Spicy Boxes a participant may open. Box openings and qualifying posts combine into one Activity Unit total, and each participant’s Activity Score is that participant’s share of the combined Activity Unit total earned by all eligible participants, as described in Section 5.
- Free Posting Method
Without purchasing or opening a box, a participant may earn Activity Units by publishing an eligible original post on X during the Competition Period. The post must tag both @fireant_korea and @domaprotocol, remain public through the end of the Competition Period, and clearly state that it is an entry in the Gochujang Competition, such as by including “Gochujang contest entry” or #GochujangContest.
An eligible post with 5,000 through 9,999 verified organic views as of the end of the Competition Period (5:59 p.m. PT on September 23, 2026) earns one Activity Unit. An eligible post with at least 10,000 verified organic views at that time earns two Activity Units. A single post can earn no more than two Activity Units and will not receive both awards cumulatively.
Paid promotion, purchased views, bots, engagement farms, duplicate or controlled accounts, coordinated manipulation, deleted or private posts, and views that Sponsor or Administrator cannot reasonably verify will not count. Sponsor or Administrator may require platform analytics or other supporting information. View count alone does not guarantee verification.
A post must be the participant’s original work or used with permission; comply with X’s terms; not infringe third-party rights; and not contain unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing, threatening or obscene material. Statements about Doma, Bridge34, FireAnt, the game, boxes, cards, tokens or Prize must be honest and supportable.
- Leaderboard, Verification and Winner
The leaderboard may display preliminary scores during the Competition Period. Preliminary scores are not final. Administrator may correct or reverse points resulting from error, failed verification, prohibited conduct, duplicate activity or manipulation. Scores may be carried to six decimal places.
After the Competition Period, the 25 eligible participants with the highest verified Total Scores will be the potential winners and will be ranked from first through 25th place. Participants are ranked by verified Total Score from highest to lowest. Winners are determined by verified score and the tie-breaker below, not by random selection.
If two or more eligible participants have the same Total Score, the tied participant who first completed the last qualifying activity included in that participant’s final verified Total Score, based on Administrator’s timestamped records, will receive the higher rank. If the timestamps are identical to the precision of Administrator’s systems, Administrator will use the applicable transaction or event sequence in its records to determine which activity occurred first. The same tie-breaker applies at every rank and prize-band boundary.
- Prizes
The total prize pool is 10,000 units of USDC (the “Prize Pool”), allocated among 25 verified winners according to final verified rank as follows (each individual award, a “Prize”):
| Placement | Number of Winners | USDC per Winner | Total USDC |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st Place | 1 | 3,500 | 3,500 |
| 2nd Place | 1 | 2,000 | 2,000 |
| 3rd Place | 1 | 1,000 | 1,000 |
| 4th-5th Place | 2 | 350 | 700 |
| 6th-10th Place | 5 | 200 | 1,000 |
| 11th-25th Place | 15 | 120 | 1,800 |
| Grand Total | 25 | 10,000 |
USDC’s market value, availability, transferability and convertibility may change, and neither Sponsor nor Administrator guarantees a particular fiat-currency value.
Sponsor will fund and transfer each Prize from a Sponsor-controlled wallet no later than seven (7) days after the Competition Period ends, subject to verification of the applicable winner and receipt of a compatible wallet address. Sponsor is responsible for the initial transfer fee. Each winner is responsible for confirming that the wallet and network information supplied are accurate and compatible.
Administrator does not hold or pay the Prize Pool or any Prize and is not the guarantor of either. Each Prize is nontransferable before delivery and will not be substituted except where required by law or necessary because USDC or Doma becomes unavailable.
- Winner Notification and Taxes
Sponsor or Administrator will notify each potential winner through email or airdrop after final score verification. Each potential winner may be required to provide eligibility, identity, location, wallet and tax information and to sign a prize-acceptance or eligibility declaration.
Each potential winner must provide a compatible Doma wallet address no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2026. If a potential winner does not respond by that deadline, cannot be verified, is ineligible, refuses the Prize or violated these Rules, that participant forfeits the applicable Prize. All lower-ranked eligible participants will move up one rank, the next highest-ranked eligible participant will become the 25th-place potential winner, and each Prize will be based on final verified rank after all replacements.
Each winner is responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, conversion expenses or other costs arising from receipt or use of a Prize, except for the initial transfer fee expressly paid by Sponsor.
- Prohibited Conduct
A participant may not use or control multiple accounts or wallets, enter through another person, or misrepresent identity, age or location.
Bots, scripts, click farms, purchased impressions, fabricated analytics, coordinated artificial engagement, exploits and interference with scoring or the leaderboard are prohibited.
Participants may not harass other participants, judges, Sponsor or Administrator personnel, or interfere with the operation or integrity of the Competition.
Administrator may investigate suspected violations, request reasonably necessary verification, reject a submission, reverse points, suspend an account or disqualify a participant when it reasonably determines that these Rules were violated.
- Content Rights
A participant retains ownership of eligible original content but grants Sponsor and Administrator a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and share the post in connection with administering and promoting the Competition during the Competition Period and for one year afterward. The participant represents that the post and this permitted use do not violate another person’s rights.
- Privacy and Public Information
Doma will process personal information under and according to its Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to operate the leaderboard, verify activity and scores, prevent fraud and identify the potential winners. Doma may share verified login and scoring data reasonably necessary for, and limited strictly to, information necessary for Bridge34 to verify eligibility and deliver the Prizes. The public leaderboard may display a participant’s username, truncated wallet address, rank, Total Score, Retention Score and Activity Score. The verified winner may be identified publicly by username, truncated wallet address, score and Prize amount, except where prohibited.
- Technical Problems and Changes
Sponsor and Administrator may suspend, modify or cancel the Competition if fraud, manipulation, security incidents, legal restrictions, network failures, platform outages or circumstances outside their reasonable control prevent it from operating fairly or as described. Where reasonably possible, legitimate points already earned will be preserved and the winners will be determined from verified activity completed before the interruption. Any changes to these terms will be posted on Doma at app.doma.xyz alongside the active Leaderboard and will not introduce a random winner-selection method or increase the relative value of paid activity after the Competition begins.
- Third-Party Platforms
The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with X or any other third-party social-media platform. Participants must comply with the terms and policies of each platform they use.
- Governing Terms and Disputes
These Rules govern the Competition; the Doma Terms of Service govern platform use; applicable purchase terms govern box purchases; and the Doma Privacy Policy governs Doma’s processing of personal information. These Rules control as to Competition scoring and administration. These Rules and Competition disputes are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands and the courts in Grand Cayman, subject to any nonwaivable rights or forums under applicable law.
- Contact and Results
Competition, dispute and Prize questions may be sent to gochujangcontest@gmail.com. The verified winners and final scores will be posted at app.doma.xyz for at least 30 days after verification.
